Outstanding Rental Community
My son and I moved into Heritage Bay last January after selling our PSL home. It was a big decision giving up our home and ... moving into an apartment but we couldn't be happier with the choice. The amenities are resort worthy. Communication between residents and staff couldn't be better. We know what's going on before, during and after any event/issue. EVERYTHING is addressed in a professional way. Any maintenance request is taken care of immediately, in some cases the day of! There is no attitude from any staff member, I think they really like working here! (As we like living here.) The grounds are well taken care of, although a little mulch would go a long ways! (So it's not perfect but I can live without the mulch, it's just a small suggestion.) It's also a neighborhood with all age groups.
