Maintenance

Full Maintenance inspection, carpet clean, repaint, and white glove cleaning.

Maintenance is available for after-hours/weekend emergencies, including any water intrusion, non-working toilet in a 1/1, or AC not working if the temperture is 80 or higher. 

Service requests can be placed online through the resident portal, or called into the Management office during office hours. After-hours emergencies can be placed by leaving a message, and the on-call tech will respond directly.

Maintenance will address service requests within 24-48 hours unless a part needs to be ordered. A copy of the service ticket will be left in the apartment home once completed. 

No, simply indicate we have permission to enter. 

If during office hours, please contact the Management office. 

Yes, nail holes are accepted. We want you to make your apartment your home. If custom painted, you will need to prime the walls white prior to moving out. 

Amenities

Our community offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, outdoor spa, fitness center, leash free dog park, business center, resident clubhouse, lighted tennis court, resident reward program and detached private garages among the amenities available to our residents.

Yes, we are a pet friendly! Please contact the office for fees and other details.

Open parking with option to lease detached garages. 

Washer and Dryer provided in each apartment home. 

Yes, breed and weight restrictions apply. 2 pet max. 

$300 fee per pet & $30 mo pet rent per pet. 

75 lb weight limit - breed restrictions apply. 

Microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & washer/dryer.

7 mo with add'l $150 mo premium

Packages will be delivered directly to the apartment.

Cardio/Strength training/free weights/separate Yoga space.

10 pm per Martin County local noise ordinance.

You can pay online via the resident portal.

Appointments are preferred so we can ensure a personal tour. Walk-ins are always welcomed.

Directly on our website by completing an E-application 

Typically, 24-48 hours, as long as we have all the required documents.

App fees $100 per person 18+, reservation fee $250 upon application approval. 1st mo rent or prorate at move in. 

Payments accepted via the resident portal as E-check, ACH, or certified funds/checks in person at the Management office.

Through the resident portal - A resident code will be provided at move-in. 

Liability Insurance Waiver is $14 per mo required. Renters Insurance is optional. 

Utility provider phone numbers will be provided prior to move-in.  

Guests staying more than 10 days in a 30-day period must submit an application and required documents to Management to be approved to be added to the lease agreement. 

We do not allow subletting. 

Early termination options will be reviewed at the time of lease signing.

A plether of retail shops and restaurants, including the Treasure Coast Mall & Regal cinema, Jensen Beach High school, Savannah State Park, Downtown Jensen Beach & Jensen Sea Turtle Beach Park.

Treasure Coast mall 1/2 mile. Publix 1 mile. Community located right off Hwy US 1. 

I-95 north to FL-76 E in Martin County. Take exit 101 from I-95 N - Merge onto FL-76 E - Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-1 N - Continue on NW Britt Rd to your Heritage Bay. I-95 South & Take exit 120 for Crosstown Pkwy E - Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Crosstown Pkwy -Turn right onto US-1 S - Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NW Britt Rd - At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto NW Fresco Way
